Personality: Mizu is probably one of the most, if not the most annoying people in Konoha. She is loud, energetic, eccentric, somewhat rebellious, and sometimes hyperactive person. Mizu is often perceived to be an immature and stupid person.  She is actually an intelligent and mature person who is more than she appears to be. Mizu is one of those people who have a totally different side to them.

Mizu is a kind, sympathetic, spontaneous, determined, reliable, witty, responsible, trustworthy, brave, loyal, comforting, and loving person. She is an excellent friend and who is always there for the people she cares about. Mizu is an optimistic person who almost always has a smile on her face. She is good at cheering people up and comforting others. She remains loyal to the people and things she believes in and would never betray those she cares about. Her determination and refusal to give up in any circumstance makes her an excellent shinobi. Mizu is also a selfless person who is willing to put the greater good and the welfare of others before her. She hates injustice, unnecessary violence, brutishness, cruelty, arrogance and ignorance. Mizu is blessed with strong skills of deduction and observation.

Mizu always speaks her mind, which can get her into a lot of trouble. She can be reckless and tends to insult people in the worst situations possible. Mizu is quick to criticize her opponents and insult them if she dislikes them. Mizu can be a b**** (especially towards Sasuke) and when she does she loses all her kindness and becomes rather rude. Mizu is rather skilled when it comes to insulting people and is a person you don’t to get on the bad side of. If you anger her or insult one of her friends she will shower you with a barrage of insults. Mizu can be extremely obnoxious and annoying at times. She is an extremely sarcastic person and can drown people in her seemingly endless torrent of sarcasm.  Mizu can be extremely stubborn at times. Once she has her mind set on something there’s no stopping her. Due to Mizu’s reputation her opinions are not acknowledged by other people.

Bubaru no Jutsu (Bubble Jutsu): Mizu creates numerous aquamarine or silver bubbles. When Mizu performs a certain hand seal the bubbles fire beams of chakra at her opponent. The amount of chakra used on this ninjutsu depends on the size and number of the bubbles. (M/T) (Mastered)

Mizu Hebi no Jutsu (Water Snake Jutsu): Mizu creates one or more normal sized snakes out of water. The snakes can go under doors and through cracks. If hit the snakes turn into a puddle and then reform. (M/T) (Mastered)

Mizu Hebi: Gekkou no Jutsu (Water Snake: Moonbeam Jutsu): Mizu uses Mizu Hebi no Jutsu and the snake wraps around Mizu’s katana. Mizu points her katana in the desired direction and performs a hand seal and the snake fires a chakra infused moonbeam in the desired direction. (M/T) (Mastered)

Katana no Gesshoku No Jutsu (Katana of Moonlight Jutsu): Mizu creates one or more swords out of moonlight. The swords are controlled with either her hand motions or by wielding them. (*) (Mastered)

Gesshoku Bunshin no Jutsu (Moonlight Clone Jutsu): Similar to Mizu Bushin but the clones are made out of moonlight and they can travel farther. (*) (Mastered)

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Jutsu): This ninjutsu creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for them. The range of the clone is limited; it cannot travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Gin Tsunami no Jutsu (Silver Tidal Wave Jutsu): Shinjukai creates a large wave by moving her tail. If this ninjutsu is performed on land she creates strong gusts of wind with her tail.

Orochi no Gesshoku no Jutsu (Large Snake of Moonlight Jutsu): Similar to Orochi no Mizu no Jutsu but the snake is created out of moonlight. (M/T) (Mastered)

Gesshoku Nankan no Jutsu (Moonlight Barrier Jutsu): This ninjutsu allows the user to create a barrier of moonlight around the user. This ninjutsu can only be used for a minute due to the amount of chakra used to keep the barrier intact. Only adults in the Tsuki/Tsukino clan can perform this ninjutsu for one minute. Tsuki Awa no Jutsu (Moon Foam Jutsu): Mizu creates silvery sea foam that keeps the enemy from moving their feet. Sometimes the enemy starts to sink. (M/T and A/T) (Not Mastered)

Kai (Release): The user stops their chakra from flowing thus negating genjutsu. (Mastered)

Shintou no Tsuki no Jutsu (Impact of the Moon Jutsu): Mizu usually uses this on weak barriers. By stabbing the barrier with her katana she injects her chakra into the barrier and disrupts it. This only works on weak barriers. (M/T) (Mastered)

Tsukinowa no Jutsu (Ring Around the Moon Jutsu): Mizu creates a ring around chosen objects or people made out of either water or moonlight. (M/T) (Not Mastered)

Shiohi Tsuki (Low Tide Moon): If the user can use water ninjutsu they are capable of weakening the opponents water ninjutsu. How much the opponent’s water ninjutsu is weakened depends on how much chakra is put into this technique. (*) (Mastered)

Deshio Tsuki (High Tide Moon): This technique is similar to Shiohi Tsuki but the user can strengthen their water ninjutsu or an ally’s water ninjutsu. (*) (Mastered)

Kekkai Genkai: Megumi no Tsuki

History: Mizu’s father died when she was young so her godmother Tsuki Tokoyo helped raised her. Mizu idolized Tokoyo and was taught many ninjutsus and techniques by Tokoyo. When Mizu was six Tokoyo was killed on a mission. Tokoyo’s teammate on that mission was an Uchiha who had no idea what had happened due to the fact that he was goofing off at the time. Mizu was heartbroken when she learned Tokoyo had died and was somewhat depressed at the time but quickly regained her cheer once she met her eleven best friends who were just as eccentric as her. Mizu harbors a deep dislike for Uchihas and despises Sasuke with a passion.
