She's Itachi's twin sister, BUT WAIT, she's in a different body now! Her friend's body who was a Hyuuga who somehow had /green/ hair. (WTF?!)
So she now has the Sharingan AND the Byakugan. (WTF AGAIN!)
BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!
She has a cheetah inside her. (WTF?)
Neji loves her.
She has a super slutty shirt.
She used to be in the Akatsuki when she had her original body.
She has long hair that doesn't get in her way.

That's right kids, this monstrosity was also created by the person who created Hiota. Proving that it's impossible for her to create a non-Mary Sue OC. Her creator needs multiple slaps upside the head. >_> Both of her Sues got 123 on the Mary-Sue test. >_>
